Jamie is passionate about integrative health care and believes it truly is the answer to achieving optimal health and wellness.  Jamie graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science: Fitness & Wellness Management.  Throughout her studies, Jamie had the opportunity to study both traditional and holistic health care systems abroad.  This awareness of Western and Eastern health and healing traditions fueled her desire to find a balanced and integrative approach to health that incorporated the best of both practices.  Before joining the Renew team, Jamie worked in the corporate wellness industry as a bilingual health coach and health promotion specialist where she assisted clients with exercise, nutrition, and stress management.  As an Integrative Health Specialist at Renew, Jamie thrives on promoting health and wellness through educational seminars, corporate events, and massage therapy.
