Lauren is originally from Northern California where she grew up as an athlete, playing Volleyball and Basketball. By training and competing at a young age, she sustained multiple injuries, which introduced her to the healing world of chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy. She was certified and trained as a Massage Therapist on the Big Island of Hawaii concentrating on Lomi Lomi and continued her education at the National Holistic Institute in California, concentrating on Sports massage. She has many years experience in health care, working for chiropractors, physical therapists, health centers and health clubs. Given she has endured her own injuries she has great compassion for her clients and looks forward in helping educate and facilitate a pain free body.
