HEALTH PROVIDERS

Mali is a holistic health care practitioner (HHP) here at Renew Integrative Health.  She also has many hours of yoga teacher training from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica.   Mali grew up in Seattle & she participated in various outdoor sports such as snowboarding, hiking, and rock climbing.  She was also part of her high school tennis and soccer teams.  For Mali staying in shape has balanced her life in many ways.  Mali has been studying and practicing holistic health for over 3 years.  She is also trained as a mat pilates instructor through the Retrofit pilates studio in Santa Monica, CA.  Having been here in San Diego now for going on 6 years, she has involved herself in various fitness & massage therapy programs in the area.  She looks forward to meeting you!
