At Renew we want our patients to be completely educated to improve their health. We all strongly believe your health is directly related to your diet and nutrition. We are dedicated to teaching you gourmet recipes utilizing only natural and organic foods. Changing your lifestyle can often times be very difficult if you are not supplied with easy lessons on preparing fresh and organic foods. Every day people are exposed to the dangers of cancer causing pesticides, commercial poultry and beef. We want our patients to eat in a way that is beneficial to your body and we are confident we can teach them how! Our cooking classes will not only open your mind to delicious recipes filled with fresh foods, but it will also enhance your creativity in the kitchen and hopefully translate into your life!
