Two months ago, while preparing to trek up Mount Kilimanjaro, I had to stop my training because of extreme pain in my right knee and hip. I knew that I had to see Dr Buechel if I was to have any chance of making it to the top. He was able to quickly relieve me of the pain, allowing me to resume my training. I made it to the top, all 19,320 feet, just one month before my 60th birthday. Dr Buechel really knows how to get rid of pain without just covering it up with medication.

I have treated with Dr. Buechel now for over five years. He has always been my health advocate. He is the only practitioner I have worked with who takes the time to listen and his knowledge on integrative medicine is really impressive. In the last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and though I did choose a traditional route of chemotherapy, I also treat with Dr. Buechel for my pain that is associated with my diagnosis. He has now referred me to Dr. Hedayat who I am very excited to work with and I am thinking of trying healing touch. I will write more after my initial appointments. I write this testimoncial because what EarthMommy wrote is really true. Renew stands alone in San Diego for their care. I want to work with practitioners who compliment one another and really do work together. I have had the pleasure of working with three different providers at Renew: Dr. Hedayat to assist with natural treatment for fatigue and other prenatal concerns, Dr. Buechel for chiropractic, and Shana for prenatal massage. My experiences have been phenomenal and I am feeling so much better.
